Buying Maruti EECO

Hello,
I would like to buy a Maruti EECO and please suggest me on this. I would like to buy the 5 seaters with AC/HTR. Please tell me how much it will cost me if I do the modifications after getting this car;
(1) Changing the wheels to the next level for a better road grip and for smooth riding quality
(2) Changing the rear seats and making it convenient as adjustable in Height, front/back like in other cars
(3) Can we have a power steering, power windows after getting this car...

(1) Set of 5 alloys (Neo/Aura)will cost you around Rs. 18000-20000.

(2) Not advisable but should cost you around Rs. 15000, including the cost of fabrication and new seats.
(3) Power windows - Yes. Power steering - No.

Instead why dont you look at Premier RiO petrol version which costs under 5 lakhs? I do agree we dont see m/any RiOs on the roads, but dare to be different is what I can suggest.
