Go for Honda Brio S MT (O). It will be slightly above Rs 5 lakhs but is simply the best car in that price bracket. The only two other cars under Rs 5 lakhs that come with ABS and Airbags are the Maruti Wagon R VXI and the Chevrolet Beat LT (O). The Beat has poor rear seats so your choice shall have to be the Wagon R VXI. All other hatchbacks with ABS and Airbags would cost more than Rs 5 lakhs. Go for the Brio. It is simply the best car that you can get which meets all your criteria.
