Hi i am from goa. i have a fiat palio stile multijet 2008. Its is comfortable, good average, looks ok. But service is bad and clutch is hard, turning radius is also bad. My max driving so far is below 6000 per year. So which small petrol car upto 4 lakh can give me good performance, ride,average, resale value, service. I am getting a swift desire 2008 vdi done 43000kms. Good condition for 4 lakh.i am getting 2.7 lakh for my car. What should i do. Friends are suggesting new petrol car. Please help.

Your yearly Km are too less to warrant a diesel car. Go for a petrol car. You can buy any Maruti hatch - A-star, Wagon R, Estilo, Alto K10 well within your budget. If you can stretch your budget by Rs 50000, the Honda Brio will make for an excellent car. And it will look funky in Goa environs too.
