I am planning to buy a petrol hatchback. I've Shortlisted Figo LXI or EXI (rejected Wagon R & other MS cars Because Figo and WagonR Prices are almost same and engine and space wise also, that's why I selected Figo) and Ritz Lxi Model. My budget is 4.5 lakhs.Please suggest the best car!

Go for the Ritz LXi. For Rs. 4.5 lakhs, you can even get a Ritz VXi if you bargain hard enough. The Figo is a good car too but it has a rubbish petrol engine which is wayy inferior to the Ritz' engine.
