Subject : Complaint regarding the service issue in Arya Auto wheels Pvt.Ltd., branch Chandrapur (M.S.)

Dear Sir,

We have purchased Product Code (51320868100RBT14)-HSN(8704.23.00)SIGNA 4825.TK BSVI, 10x4HD29bx TATA commercial vehicle from Arya Auto wheels Pvt.Ltd., branch Chandrapur (M.S.) in the month of December 2022. But, we do not get any service from Arya Auto wheels Pvt.Ltd., branch Chandrapur (M.S.) related to the vehicle issues. The worst service is there of TATA commercial vehicles in Service centre of Chandrapur district, particularly, Arya Auto wheels Pvt.Ltd., branch Chandrapur (M.S.). The staff is adamant, not cooperative, and irresponsible. Mr. Sanjay Kawade, Mr. Ajahar, Mr. Hemant are not cooperative of the same office.

Today, on 5th of April 2023, I brought the vehicle after giving the prior intimation to Mr. Sanjay Kawade in Arya Auto wheels Pvt.Ltd., branch Chandrapur (M.S.) They only remove the virus from the vehicle system. Otherthan, they were unable to solve the other issues related to the vehicle. Also, the staff did not notice to the vehicle, through out the day. The damaged tyres were still there in front of the office, but the investigation report was not made till the evening. I called Mr. Sanjay Kawade, over and again, but he did not entertain us. Lastly, he said that he forgot our complaint. Mr. Ajhar did not make the report of damaged tyres. Mr. Hemant did not give any consentration towards the servicing. They all were lying.

Arya Auto wheels Pvt.Ltd., branch Chandrapur (M.S.) does not have the service centre, so that the new vehicles are unable to get proper service. It does not have their own parking space, so that the vehicles park on roadside. Staff is not co operative. We experienced very bad and disappointing service in Arya Auto wheels Pvt.Ltd., branch Chandrapur (M.S.)

So, plz, take this complaint seriously, and plz don't play with the customer's business.
