Toyota Launches 2013 Etios and Etios Liva

The Japanese automaker, Toyota has launched Etios and Etios Liva on 11th March 2013. When compared to the previous models, the face-lifted Toyota Etios and Etios Liva got a very different look.



The major exterior changes include a redesigned grille with chrome finish, re-designed tail-lamps, new ORVM-mounted side indicators and a new grey paint shade for both Etios and Liva.



While the interior changes include a new blue back-lighting for the instrument cluster, a new two-DIN music system with USB, AUX and remote and new AC control panel with clean-air filters. Dual-tone interiors with beige trim, faux wood trim on the armrests, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, adjustable front headrests (the Liva also gets adjustable rear headrests) include the major cosmetic upgrades.


Speaking about the new launch, Sandeep Singh, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Marketing and Commercial said “As a part of our product lifecycle and with the aim to bring newness to the lineup we are launching the New Etios and Etios Liva. We have incorporated customer feedback and are looking forward to delighting more customers with the new vehicles.” 



As the old 1.2 L Etios Liva TRD Sportivo model got wide acceptance in India, Toyota launched the Liva TRD Sportivo as a regular variant at a price of Rs. 6,13,559. The 1.5 L petrol engine produces a power of 90 PS and comes equipped with ABS, D+P Airbag, 15 inch Smoked alloys, TRDAero Kit, TRD Sprotivo logo on seats and Roof ornament.

The Toyota Etios petrol version will be available at a price range of Rs. 5.4 lakh and Rs. 7.08 lakh, while the diesel version will be available at Rs. 6.7 lakh and Rs. 8.15 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. The Etios Liva petrol version will be available at a price range of Rs. 4.4 lakh and Rs. 5.9 lakh, while the diesel version will be available at a price range of Rs. 5.7 lakh and Rs. 6.3 lakh.
