Tata Safari Storme Launched at Rs. 9.95 lakh

Tata Motors launched the much awaited Sport Utility Vehicle, the Safari Strome in New Delhi. The Safari Storme is priced between Rs 9.95 lakh for its base model, LX and Rs. 13.66 lakh for the top end version, VX 4X4.



Sorry to all petrol engine lovers that the ultimate SUV of Tata comes only in diesel option. The SUV is run by a 2.2 VariCOR diesel engine. The engine is mated with a maximum power of 140 bhp at 4000 rpm and a peak torque of 320 Nm at 1700-2700 rpm. The company also offers an all wheel drive variant which is the most expensive in the list.



The ARAI claimed mileage of the Safari Storme is 14 kmpl and 13.2 kmpl for the 4X2 and 4X4 variants respectively. A 3-years/1-lakh kms is the extented warranty of the all new SUV.

The Safari Storme is available in 7 colors namely pearl white, black, bronze, red, silver, champagne and arctic white.
