The Petite Pagani Huayra

Huayra a class which matches it's previous model Zonda

An Italian mid-engined sports car produced by Pagani, that is what the Huayra is. The previous model of the Pagani was the Zonda which was a successful model too. The Huayra was named as 'The hypercar of the year 2012', by Top Gear magazine. This car uses a twin-turbo, V12 engine developed by the Merc-AMG specially made for the Huayra. This little beauty is truly a worth to drive in, the company offers limited number of cars and the production of a set of cars is made on demand only. Currently the production of the Pagani Huayra has ended, as all the units are sold out. Quoting from the film Fast and the Furious, 'It's not how you stand by your car, it's how you race the car'. Well when it comes to the dynamic Pagani Huayra those words are meaningful.

The Huayra is a 6.0L engine, it's top speed is clocked at 372km, Pirelli is the shoes that the car is wearing. Being different from it's predecessor in that it contains active aerodynamics, it is capable of changing heights of the front from the ground. There are four flaps in the front which operate independently, the behavior of these flaps is managed by a dedicated control unit that is fed in information from systems such as the ABS and the ECU, which pass on information about the current traveling speed of the car it delivers other information too to the driver. The flaps also act as an alternate air braking system, in case at any turns of steep corners the car might have the tendency to roll cause of the lightweight of the body, so the air flaps is an alternate solution to prevent this from happening.

Pagani Huayra Side

The Huayra was limited to 100 units as part of Pagani's agreement with it's engine supplier Mercedes-AMG, consequently two other special editions of the Huayra in the market, La Monza Lisa and 730 S are the names. The first special edition launched was the La Monza Lisa and to date no specifications have been revealed all that the engine builder of the AMG Huayra confirmed was that the La Monza Lisa has more power than the standard M158 engine. Pagani's second special edition vehicle was the 730 S, this car too hadn't any specs revealed to the public and it was bought by a car collector based in the Mexico. Pagani has confirmed that a roadster of the company will be unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.

Well if you haven't dropped jaws then the interior is the place where Huayra's beauty lies, it's just beautiful art and you could just stare at it and you wouldn't blink. The cash that you've paid for the car is meaningful when you see the interior and what they're accessorized with. Well the inside is a separate territory for technology and art by it's design. The side of the drivers seat has functions which would go active when the car is put on to the sports mode.

Mr. Horacio Pagani never thought the sales would happen so rapidly. When this car was launched it was priced at $ 1,400,000 and the prices did rise when the number of cars left in the showroom lessened and demand was aggressive. The Geneva Motor Show is in March 2016 and then the new roadster breed of the Pagani will be revealed, so let's start saving right away and drive this beauty to work other than retiring and driving it.
