With its army tank-like design and toughened ultra high strength steel body, the TUV300 can tackle any challenge thrown at it. The bold front grille with chrome inserts lend an aggressive look to the TUV300, giving it an imposing road presence. The large clear lens headlamps add to the TUV300's aggressive stance and superior illumination. The Cuboidal fog lamps reflect the design philosophy and provide illumination in low visibility conditions. Square wheel arches gives a muscular and rugged pure SUV appeal to the TUV300 and makes it stand apart. Straight body lines highlights the SUV character of TUV300 and lends it an aggressive appeal. Straight bonnet design adds to the bold look of the front design and gives a commanding road presence. The 10 spoke sporty alloy wheels, add to TUV300's road presence and leave no head unturned. The research and development of Mahindra TUV300 has been carried out at the world class Mahindra Research Valley in Chennai. The Mahindra TUV300 is truly unique for the manner in which it was conceived and designed. In fact, all research and development activities for this SUV were planned with global standards of quality, technology, testing norms, safety, regulations and emissions from the very start to delight the customer. The tough and stylish Mahindra TUV300 is powered by the advanced mHawk engine. World class 1.5 litre mHawk engine produces 80hp at 3750rpm, 250Nm of torque at 1500-2250rpm. High power and best in class torque for terrific low-end performance. The twin stage turbo charged mHawk80 engine eliminates turbo-lag, giving up to 187Nm of torque at only 1100rpm. Surplus torque available at low speeds compliments effortless overtaking and enhanced performance. The dual mass flywheel which is said to be a feature of a luxury car is also packed into the TUV300. Dual mass flywheel completely isolates engine torsional vibrations. This results in elimination of drive-train rattles. Higher torsional rigidity and high bending stiffness for low body roll Hydroform 'Crush-tip' for better crash test performance.



Modern and technologically advanced chassis gives car-like handling, which also adds to active and passive safety. The infotainment system in the Mahindra TUV300 comes with an integrated 2-DIN music system with Bluetooth, USB, AUX and can also be controlled with the Mahindra Blue Sense App. The display screen provides music, phone and vehicle related notifications. Sync your mobile device to the infotainment system with the Mahindra Bluesense App. You can change the source, the volume, the tracks and track vehicle parameters, all on your fingertips. The TUV300 comes with an intellipark system. On engaging the reverse gear, the system gets activated and indications appear on your infotainment screen along with sound alerts that lets you park your vehicle with utmost ease. The smart DIS diligently reports all vital information about your vehicle such as average fuel efficiency, distance to empty and so on. With the voice messaging system in the Mahindra TUV300, the driver gets voice alerts for situations such as low fuel warning, seat belt warning, door ajar alert, hand brake on and so on. This is also aided by visual alerts on the infotainment system. An intelligent technology that switches OFF the engine when idle for 2 seconds and switches it back ON as soon as you press the clutch pedal. This helps in achieving higher fuel efficiency and is more environment friendly due to reduced emissions.
