At the time of final payment, I expected consideration for additional discounts; however, the total amount charged exceeded the originally quoted price. The sales team appeared ill-equipped to handle customer concerns and failed to provide clear or satisfactory explanations.
More importantly, there was no ethical or proactive effort to compensate for the financial discrepancy caused to the customer. The quality of service was poor and lacked customer-centricity, especially when compared to competing dealerships in the market.
Overall, the experience has been unpleasant and has significantly affected my perception of Crystal Kia

I have booked Kia sonet Htk(o) imperial blue, on 31st January from crystal kia baner. with booking No B202516772 and expected to deliver on 10th Feb 2025.
As My spouse didn’t like the blue colour. I would like to change the car colour to pewter olive .
Regarding same, i have requested sales peoples for Pewter Olive Colour option, but not receiving positive response from them.
I have invested all my life savings to book this car and paid 100% Advance payments.
Request you to consider my request to prefered colour as Pewter olive.
