I FACED LOTS OF PROBLEMS REG VEHICLE DELIVERY, PAYMENT, FOLLOW UP,



1, PAYMENT IS NOT GET A ON TIME WAITED ME FOR 2 TO 3 HRS FOR PAYING ADVANCE (CHECK WITH SHOWROOM FOOTAGE ) ALSO NO ONE FOLLOWED ME MYSELF ALONE FOLLOWED A LOT WILL SHARE THE CONVERSATION ACCORDINGLY

2. BEFORE DELIVERY THEY INVITED ME FOR MASS DELIVERY OF 20 VEHICLES I WENT SHOWROOM BUT THEIR 19 VEHICLE MOVED. MINE IS STANDING WITHOUT FUEL THIS IS GOOD MOVE WHY THEN ASKING FOR MASS DELIVERY PRESENCE. ON THAT TIME MINE ALONE GOING FINALLY SEPARATE MANNER KINDLY CHECK FOOTAGE OF MASS DELIVERY.

3. AFTER THAT THEY TOLD THAT RTO PROCESS COMPLETE ON MONDAY SO PLANNED TO TAKE VEHICLE EVENING BUT THEY NOT EVEN TAKEN VEHICLE TO RTO, SIMPLY TELLING THAT SORRY NOT ABLE TO TAKE VEHICLE TO RTO WILL COMPLETE SHORTLY SO I RAISED COMPLAINED TO NEXT LEVEL AFTER THAT THEY RUSHED AND GIVEN VEHICLE ON WEDNESDAY (THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT Mr. SOMU SIR) ALTEST HE UNDERSTANDS

THEN FOR VEHICLE DELIVERY I WENT TO SHOWROOM ON 10.20AM I TOLD THAT BEFORE 11.30 AM GOOD TIME ENDS THEY WAITED ME TO 11.27 AM WITH FULL OF PRESSURE THEY ARE GIVEN VEHICLE ALSO THEY SPEAKING INTERNALLY FOR CELEBRATION REG THEY ALREADY GOT DELIVERY ON MASS DELIVERY LIKE THAT BUT THEY REQUESTED ME TO COME NO PROPER RESPONSE IN DELIVERY.

5.FOR DELIVERY FEEDBACK THEY STANDING NEAR BY AND TO ASKING FEEDBACK REG DELIVERY NOT ABLE GIVE FEED MY OUR MIND DIRECTLY AFTER REACHING HOME TRIED MEANS LINK TOLD THAT ALREADY FEEDBACK GIVEN LIKE THAT SUGGESTION FOR KIA BETTER SEND FEEDBACK LINK AFTER 2 DAYS

5. DUE DELIVERY ISSUE AND ALL CHANGED SALES EXECUTIVE NOT EVEN PROPER RESPONSE GET THEY TELLING ONE ANOTHER, BUT DELIVERY GIVEN OLD PERSON AFTER NOW FOLLOW UP AND RELATIONSHIP

6.MAIN AND MAJOR ISSUE AFTER THIS MUCH ISSUE THEY BOUGHT AMOUNT FORM ME FOR MYCONVIENCE PLUS AND THEY PUT EXTENDED WARRANTY SIMPLY TELLING THAT SORRY NOT ABLE TO PROCESS THIS IS FROM KIA SIDE LIKE THAT TELLING KINDLY CHECK WITH SUPPLIER RECEIPT I PAID FULL AMOUNT BEFORE DELIVERY FYI . AFTER SCOLDING THEY TELLING THAT GIVE ME MAIL EXTENDED WARRANTY CANCELLATION AND MY CONVENIENCE PLUS UPGRADATION . MONEY DOESN'T MATTER I SUFFERED THIS MUCH I EXPLAINED TO MANY PEOPLE IN SHOWROOM NO ONE RESPONDING IF EVEN NO SOLUTION GET I WANT MOVE LEGALLY THEN WHY YOU TEAM GETTING FULL AMOUNT AND CHEATING ME

7.FINALLY FEEDBACK ASKED FROM PRESSANA KIA THROUGH VOICE PROCESS I CLEARLY EXPLAINED ALL THIS MUCH ISSUE THE CRM CALLING ME PERSONALLY AND ASKING ME TO DON’T GIVE ME FEEDBACK LIKE THAT AFTER THIS MUCH ISSUE



FINALLY AT LEAST DON’T SUFFER OTHER CUSTOMER LIKE THIS WORST SERVICE FROM KIA SHOWROOM HOPING THAT I WILL GET BETTER SOLUTION



NOT EVEN HAVING PROPER FOLLOWUP AND TO UNABLE TO FOLLOW ANY ONE AFTER SPENDING LAKHS THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING
