I bought my new vehicle on July 29th, 2022. I got a new Music system installed by paying 28,000 Rs extra and this device from Map My India, stopped working in the month of November. I drove from Bannerghatta Road to Mysore Road to get it checked. The Accessories team checked and said it is software issue and I need to go to Map My India service center in Basavanagudi. From there I drove to Basavanagudi and the service center guy checked the device and said the issue is with the mother board and the mother board needs to be ordered. He asked me for the purchase receipt and the warranty card. This is when I realised that I have not been given both of them. I called the Renault, Mysore Toad Accessories department and Informed the same. The person sent me soft copy of the bill. The Service Center guy said that the bill will not be sufficient and he needs the warranty card too. With great disappointment I came back home. After a lot of follow ups, the accesories team said that they have spoken to some higher official internally, I can go to Basavanagudi and get my device repaired. With lot of hopes, I went to Basavanagudi and it's the same story again, without warranty card nothing can be done. I called Renault Accessories team again, and they said that the person in charge is busy and will check and call back. In the mean time one guy from service center dismantled the music system and said that he will order a new mother board and in the meantime I need to get the warranty card. This happened on January 24th 2023. From then I had no update whatsoever. Finally I called the service center on 20th Feb 2023 and that's when the service center guy said that the mother board is ready and I can come and collect. Today I went to the service center in Basavanagudi from Bannerghatta Road and the person installed my music system without knowing how to sync it with the rear camera. He asked me to go back to show room and get it sorted. I tried calling the person who helped me while buying this vehicle , twice but no response and also tried calling the contact person from Accesories team twice but no response. I returned home with no solution. This just speaks about how much they care for their customer after the sales. This is definitely a forgettable experience. There was another bad experience when I had given my vehicle for servicing in the Silk board branch. The staffs called me multiple times and requested not give any negative feedback and so I did not provide any feedback. This time, it happened again and so I had to share my feedback.

I had given a good rating initially but these experiences have changed my initial opinion completely.
